What is an enhanced listing?

Upgrading to an enhanced listing includes all the features from our free service and adds three powerful new features to increase your selling power.

  1. An eye-catching For Sale sign to place outside the property.
  2. The ability for you to tap into our search database and find people actively searching for a similar home to yours. You can then invite them to an 'open day' of your property via HouseSaleUK.
  3. The ability to print a mini-brochure of your property directly from the site which can then be given to potential buyers attending the open day.

How much does an enhanced listing cost?

An enhanced listing costs £49.95. This pays for the creation of your double-sided For Sale sign printed with your own web code and includes the cost of delivery. The extended site features are free of charge.

How do I order an enhanced listing?

First you need to add your property as normal. Once your property is listed then you can upgrade the listing from 'basic' to 'enhanced' from within your property adminstration area.

How can I pay?

We use Paypal to process our payments which you can make with a wide variety of credit or debit cards or via another Paypal account. However, you do not need to have a Paypal account.

How long before I receive my For Sale sign?

Please allow 21 days for delivery although in reality we are usually able to deliver much earlier than this. The extended site features become available immediately after successful payment.

Is there anything else that I will need?

Yes, for your sign you will need a suitable mounting post and a competent person to install it. We suggest a visit to your local DIY Superstore to pick up a 2" x 2" timbre post of approximately 8 feet in height.
