House Sale International Limited and all or any of its subsidiaries do not accept any responsibility for any contract which its users may enter into which derive from introductions from the use of this site in any way what so ever.

Vendors are responsible for complying with any local legislation and vendors are reminded to ensure they comply with the latest laws on Home Information Packs as House Sale International Limited and any or all of its subsidiaries cannot and will not accept responsibility for any breach of any law.

The resource known as housesaleuk.com is free to use. 

The enhanced listing is a sale of a tangible product known as ‘The For Sale sign’ and once despatched there is no refund what so ever.

The printable brochure and the ‘create an open day’ features are free to all those who buy an enhanced listing.

The charge for the enhanced listing is a one off payment but more signs can be ordered by request and will be subject to additional costs.

Reminders will be periodically sent to vendors asking if they wish to continue advertising their property.  If the vendor fails to reply within 28 days then the listing will be automatically removed and placed in a suspension admin area until deleted totally or made live again by the vendor.

We reserve the right to remove a listing which we feel is detrimental to our system in any way what so ever without notice in any way.

Returns Policy

The charge of £49.95 is to cover the cost of the 'For Sale' sign along with packaging and postage to the place our clients register. The sign will be despatched within 21 days but not before 7 days from the date of payment. This is to accommodate a cool off period.

Vendors wishing to cancel enhanced listing status and therefore not receive the 'For Sale' sign need to send an email to accounts@housesaleuk.com within 7 days of making any such payment. The cancellation email must clearly state the web code of the property concerned and 'Cancell Order' within the subject line. Failure to comply with this cancellation clause will result in the payment being taken and the sign being despatched. Funds taken for a qualified 'cancellation' will be returned forthwith.
